It is designed for ultra-portable and entry-leel laptops, high end notebooks, backup devices and consumer electronics. Momentus drive is 25% slimmer than common traditional 9.5 mm 2.5″ Laptop hard drives. Momentus thin drive create the possibility for the creation of smaller size and thinner laptop in low-entry since 90% is using 9.5 mm, 2.5″ while SSD 1.8″ is far too costly.
